Know where
it all went.

MONEVA keeps track of your spending without you having to type it in. It reads the payment alerts and bank texts your phone already gets, and can bring in the months before you installed it. Accounts, cards, subscriptions, budgets and bills all sit in one place — and it keeps working when you have no signal.

01 — Accurate

Your totals match
your receipts.

Plenty of money apps round a little as they go. A paisa here, a paisa there — and after a few hundred purchases the number on your screen quietly stops matching what you actually spent. It is never in your favour.

MONEVA records the amount you give it, to the last paisa, and never rounds it — not when you add it, not when it adds it up. Type any amount and see it come back exactly as you wrote it.

Try it — type any amount
Rupees and paise — two decimal places.
₹1,250.50
RECORDED — NOT ROUNDED
When an app rounds
A ₹4.35 recharge goes in as ₹4.34
₹711.83 of fuel goes in as ₹711.82
A year of small buys rupees adrift

One paisa is nothing. One paisa on every purchase, all year is a total you can no longer check against your bank. And you would never spot it, because each entry looks nearly right.

What MONEVA does
A ₹4.35 recharge ₹4.35
₹711.83 of fuel ₹711.83
A year of small buys still exact

Every amount is kept whole, and the totals are added from those amounts each time you look. Your figure and your bank's figure stay the same figure — which is the entire point of writing any of it down.

02 — Have a go

Try it before
you install it.

Not a video and not screenshots — the real app, running here, on made-up money. Move between the tabs, hide the balances, search your spending, ask it a question, add an expense and watch every total catch up. Nothing you tap is saved anywhere.

03 — Always current

Change one thing.
Everything catches up.

Add a coffee and your balance, your food budget and your month's spending all move at the same moment. There is no refresh button and nothing to reconcile at the end of the week.

Your balance is never a number someone typed in once and hoped stayed right — it is worked out from your actual transactions every time you open the app. Switch these on and off and watch it answer.

HDFC Savings · what happened this month
Balance ₹95,802.17
04 — Capture

One payment.
Three alerts.
One entry.

Pay for petrol by UPI and your phone buzzes three times — the payment app, your bank, and a text message. Same ₹711.83, three times over. MONEVA reads all three, works out they are one payment, and offers you a single entry to approve. This is the part that means you stop typing things in.

It can read your bank's text messages as well as the alerts, which is also how it reaches the months before you installed it. And once you have approved the same shop the same way five times, you can let it stop asking — for small everyday amounts, from apps it has learned to trust. That is off until you turn it on, capped, and never allowed for anything that arrived by text message.

Nothing is saved until you tap. Approve it twice by mistake and it still only counts once.
Recorded once. The other two alerts were discarded.
Everything it does

The whole of
your money.

Not just a list of what you spent. MONEVA holds every account you have, what you have set aside, what is owed and what is coming — so the question "can I afford this?" has an actual answer.

  1. 01

    Every account in one place

Bank accounts, cash in your pocket, wallets, a credit card you would rather not think about. Add them once and the app shows you a single honest total instead of five apps you have to add up in your head.

  2. 02

The years before you installed it

An app can only notice payments from the day you install it. MONEVA also reads the statement your bank lets you download — HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis and others — and brings that history in with it. It shows you which columns it read before saving a thing, so a file it misreads is something you catch now, not something you find months later.

  3. 03

    Subscriptions you forgot about

Nobody forgets the rent. What costs people money is the trial that quietly became a subscription, the service they stopped using, the price that went up without an email anyone read. MONEVA spots money leaving on a rhythm, tells you what each one costs you over a year, and flags the ones that got more expensive.

  4. 04

Credit cards, and the date that matters

On a card the balance is not really the question — which billing cycle a purchase landed in is, and how many days are left to pay. MONEVA tracks your statement date and your due date, counts down to it, and says so before it costs you. Missing a due date on a card you could afford to clear is the most expensive avoidable mistake there is.

  5. 05

EMIs, down to the last instalment

The phone, the laptop and the fridge each looked affordable on their own — which is how people end up with more instalments running at once than they meant to. Record each plan once and MONEVA keeps the count: what is left, and what it adds up to every month before you have spent anything else.

  6. 06

    Budgets that speak up

Give a category a monthly limit — food, fuel, shopping — and watch the bar fill as the month goes. It turns amber when things get tight and red once you have gone past, while there is still month left to do something about it.

  7. 07

    Savings you can watch grow

Set a target — an emergency fund, a laptop, a trip — and put money towards it whenever you can. The app tracks how close you are without you having to keep a separate note anywhere.

  8. 08

    Bills you stop forgetting

Rent, electricity, the internet, a subscription you signed up for once. MONEVA reminds you before each one is due and lets you mark it paid from whichever account it actually came out of.

  9. 09

    Where it actually went

A month broken down by category and traced over time, with the shop behind each payment recognised by name. Most people are surprised by at least one number in there.

  10. 10

    Works with no signal

A basement restaurant, a train, a village with one bar of reception. Add what you like and it saves to your phone straight away, then catches up on its own once you are back online. Nothing is lost and nothing is entered twice.

05 — Privacy

Your money.
Nobody else's
business.

A money app earns trust by what it refuses to do. Everything below is something MONEVA will not do, or will not do without asking you first.

Your fingerprint opens it

The app stays locked behind the phone's own biometric prompt until you unlock it.

A second lock, if you want it

An extra code at sign-in, plus spare codes to keep somewhere safe for the day you lose your phone.

Password resets that expire

A reset code works once and only for a few minutes, so an old email cannot be used to get in later.

A copied session gets you both out

Every time your session renews, the old key stops working. If a copy of it ever turns up, MONEVA ends the session rather than letting two people share it.

Sign out everywhere, at once

Lost a phone? One tap signs you out of every device you have ever used, instantly.

Your messages stay on your phone

It only ever looks at texts from a bank, never a person, and it uploads the payment it read — never the message itself.

It says when it stops watching

A permission you revoked by accident looks exactly like a quiet week. The app tells you it has gone quiet rather than letting you find out later.

Nothing large is ever filed quietly

Recording without asking is off unless you switch it on, only for small everyday amounts, and only from apps it has watched you approve five times.

The assistant cannot spend

It can read your numbers and suggest an entry, but it can never record one. That is always your tap.

Take it all with you

Download everything as a spreadsheet whenever you like. Close the account and it really is deleted.

Your money,
exactly as it is.
